What the care plan covers
- Updates and security. Platform, plugin and dependency updates applied and checked, so nothing breaks quietly.
- Backups and uptime monitoring. Daily backups you can restore from; we're alerted if the site goes down, usually before you notice.
- Small changes. New hours, a price change, a new team member, a seasonal banner. Send it over, it's done within days.
- Speed and health checks. Monthly scan for slow pages, broken links, expired forms and anything Google has started complaining about.
- The monthly review. A short call or written note: what changed, what the numbers did, what we'd do next.
- Your CRM too, if we built it. The same plan covers a CRM we set up: changes, monitoring, the monthly look-through.

Month to month, cancel anytime. The plan starts two weeks after we launch a site we built, or immediately for a site we didn't build once we've done a first health check. Our website maintenance packages are one plan at one price rather than bronze, silver and gold; website maintenance plans with three tiers usually exist to upsell you.

Can you maintain a site you didn't build?
Yes, on WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify or custom code. We run a health check first so you know what state it's in before the plan starts.
How fast are changes made?
Small changes within a few business days, usually faster. Anything urgent, like the site being down, gets handled the same day.
