Missed call text back: the call you missed still becomes a booking.

Missed call text back sends an automatic text to anyone whose call you couldn't answer, within seconds, from your business number. It asks what they need and gives them a way to book, so they don't dial the next business on the list. We set it up on the phone and booking tools you already use, usually within days.

What happens when you miss a call

  • The caller hangs up or hits voicemail. Within about 10 seconds they get a text: "Sorry we missed you, this is [your business]. What can we help with?"
  • They reply. You see it in one inbox on your phone, and so does whoever else answers for you.
  • A booking link or a "call me back" option goes out with the first text, so the ones in a hurry can book without waiting for you.
  • After hours, the text says when you open and still takes the booking.
  • Every missed call and every reply is logged, so at 30 days we can count how many calls turned into conversations.

What's included in the setup

  • Connecting your existing business number (no new number, no porting)
  • The text scripts, written in your voice, for business hours and after hours
  • The booking link or calendar wired into the reply
  • A shared inbox so the conversation isn't stuck on one phone
  • A written baseline: calls missed per week, before we switch it on
  • A 30-day count of calls recovered, sent to you in plain English

Who it's for

Any business where the phone is the front door and the person answering it is also doing the job: clinics, med spas, dental offices, salons, contractors, law firms, gyms. If you've ever come out of an appointment to three missed calls, this is the fix for exactly that. You don't need to buy missed call text back software and work it out yourself; we set it up inside the phone system you already have, and the only software cost is the texting tool.

What it costs

Priced on the call, and it's the cheapest thing we sell. The setup is a one-time job plus the monthly cost of the texting tool itself, which we're upfront about. No retainer to start.

Questions we get before the call

How fast can missed call text back be live?

Typically within a few days of the first call. The tool connects to your existing number, the scripts get written in your voice and tested, and it's on. Most of the time goes into the scripts, not the setup.

Does it work with my current phone number?

Yes. It connects to the number you already have, including landlines and VoIP lines. No new number and no porting. Callers see the text come from the same business they just called.

What does the text actually say?

Whatever you'd say if you'd picked up. We write it with you: a short apology, a question about what they need, and a way to book. Nothing that sounds like a robot.

Is this the same as an AI receptionist?

No. This is a text that goes out when you miss a call; the conversation is still yours. An AI receptionist answers the call and talks to the caller. We can talk through both on the call.

How do I know it's working?

We count missed calls per week before it goes live and count replies and bookings for 30 days after. You get both numbers in writing.
