Privacy Policy.

Effective date: August 12, 2026

Apex Automations LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates autoapx.com. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you visit the site or contact us, why we collect it, and what we do with it. The short version: we run a marketing site with a contact form. There is no account to create, no database of visitors, and nothing to pay for here.

1. Information We Collect

Information you send us

If you request a free site scan, the form asks for your name, email address, and website address, and optionally your phone number, company name, and a short description of what is frustrating you about your current site. If you book a consultation, our scheduling provider collects your name, email address, and chosen time. That is the only personal information we ask you for.

Technical information

Our hosting provider records standard server information for requests to the site, including IP address, timestamp, requested page, and browser user agent. We also process your IP address briefly in memory to rate limit form submissions, which is how we stop the form being used to send bulk mail. That rate limiting data is not written to disk and disappears when the server restarts.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how people find and use the site and to measure whether our advertising works. These set their own cookies and collect usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location, referring source, and device and browser details. See section 4.

What we do not collect

We do not collect passwords, because there is nothing here to log into. We do not collect or process payment card details anywhere on this site. We do not ask for sensitive personal information such as government identifiers or financial account numbers, and you should not send them to us through the form.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Reply to your inquiry, prepare your free site scan, and discuss whether we are a fit
  • Carry out work you engage us to do, under a separate written agreement
  • Operate and secure the site, including rate limiting and abuse prevention
  • Understand aggregate usage and measure the performance of our advertising
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing newsletters from this form. If you contact us and we are not a fit, that is the end of it.

3. How Your Information Is Handled and Stored

We want to be precise here, because it is unusual. We do not operate a database. When you submit the free scan form, the details are validated and sent to us as an email at admin@autoapx.com. They are not written to any customer database, because we do not have one.

Your inquiry then lives in our business email account, protected by the security controls of that email provider, including multi-factor authentication on our side. If the email fails to send, for example during a provider outage, the submission is written to our hosting provider's runtime log so that we can recover your inquiry by hand rather than lose it silently. Those logs are retained by the hosting provider for a limited period and then discarded.

Transmission to and from the site is encrypted in transit. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of providers to run the site. Each handles your information under its own privacy policy:

Vercel

Hosting and content delivery. Vercel processes requests to the site and keeps standard server and runtime logs.

Resend

Email delivery. Resend transmits the contents of your form submission to our inbox.

Calendly

Consultation scheduling. If you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email address, and selected time, and the booking widget is embedded on our booking page.

Google Analytics and Google Ads

Analytics, conversion measurement, and remarketing. We advertise through Google, so in addition to measuring site usage we measure which advertising leads to a booking or an inquiry, and we may show ads to people who have previously visited the site. This involves Google setting cookies and tracking activity across sites for advertising purposes, and it means Google receives information about your visit. We do not sell your data to advertisers, but you should understand that this advertising measurement takes place.

You can limit this. Google offers its own controls at myadcenter.google.com and a browser opt-out add-on for Analytics, and most browsers let you block or delete third-party cookies.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

The site itself sets no cookies and has no login session to maintain. The cookies you may encounter here are set by Google for the analytics and advertising purposes described above, and by Calendly if you interact with the booking embed.

The site does use your browser's local storage for two small things: your accessibility preferences (the options in the accessibility panel, such as larger text or reduced motion) and a short cooldown timer after you submit the free scan form. Both stay on your device, are never transmitted to us, and can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser data. Blocking cookies or local storage will not stop the site working.

6. Data Retention

Inquiries stay in our email account for as long as they are useful for the conversation they started and for our ordinary business records. If we work together, records relating to the engagement are kept for as long as we need them for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. Server and analytics data is retained according to the schedules of the providers named above. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Deletion: request that we delete your inquiry and related correspondence.
  • Correction: request that we update inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Portability: request a copy of what you sent us in a common format.
  • Objection: object to certain processing, including analytics and advertising measurement.

To exercise any of these, email admin@autoapx.com. We will respond within 30 days. Because we hold inquiries in an email inbox rather than a database, honoring a deletion request is straightforward, and we will confirm when it is done.

8. Where Your Information Is Processed

We are based in the United States, and the providers listed in section 4 process information in the United States and other countries. If you contact us from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed there.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that a child has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the revised policy here and update the effective date at the top of the page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
