Every project moves through the same six phases. Each one ends with a clear deliverable and your sign-off before we move forward.
We start by understanding you — your goals, your constraints, your sense of the place. We walk the site, study the climate, and document everything that will inform the design ahead.
The first drawings emerge. Massing studies, floor plans, and material directions. You'll see two or three distinct directions and we'll refine the one that resonates.
The chosen concept is detailed. Window placements, finishes, fixtures, and structural systems are all resolved. Renderings let you walk through the project before it exists.
The full set of drawings and specifications a contractor needs to build your project. Permit applications are submitted in parallel.
We stay on through construction. Site visits, contractor coordination, and design clarifications keep the build true to the drawings.
Final punch list, owner orientation, and a documented handover. We check in at six and twelve months to make sure everything is performing as designed.
